The most frequent questions regarding Tantra Massage

What is a "healing intention" and how to choose one for your session?
Before every massage or session, I ask each client about their healing intention — the reason they reached out to me.
I recommend pausing for a moment and reflecting:
What do I wish to change, release, or support within myself? How would I like to feel after the massage?
The conscious touch I work with affects not only the body, but also the psyche, emotions, and deeper layers of our inner world.
Your intention comes from your needs and desires. It's like a lighthouse showing the way.
Give yourself a moment of meditation and dive within. Discover what you truly long for and what you feel you're missing. You might even surprise yourself.
At the same time — once the massage begins, it's important to let the intention go and simply be.
To release control, give space to the body, the breath, and whatever wants to arise naturally.
Does it sound complicated? Maybe. But for many, this is exactly where freedom begins. :)
What can I help you with?
Clients come with many different intentions — sometimes even related to ancestral karma or karmic burdens. Most often, we work with:
-
lack of self-love and self-worth
-
chronic exhaustion, stress, anxiety, depressive states
-
inner tension and unprocessed intimacy
-
addictions, e.g. to porn or sexual stimulation
-
feelings of emptiness or frustration in intimacy
-
mechanical intimacy without emotion or presence
-
functional issues in the intimate area (e.g. premature ejaculation, various dysfunctions)
-
traumas and blocks (including those from past intimate experiences)
-
numbness — physical or emotional
-
dissatisfaction in relationships or life, even when "everything seems fine on the outside"
-
relationship dynamics — strong attraction/repulsion, confusing patterns
-
experiences of abuse or boundary violations
-
feelings of losing control over one's intimacy or body
-
recurring patterns or shadow aspects of sexuality that feel hard to understand
The work I do is not about fixing or judging.
It is an invitation to feel more, to explore deeper layers of yourself, and to bring conscious touch, acceptance, and release into your life.
If something here resonates with you, you are welcome.
Together, we'll create a space where you don't have to do anything — and everything can be felt.

Is it recommended even for people who don't like touch, feel ashamed, or struggle with intimacy?
I actually recommend a touch-based session especially to those who have difficulty with touch.
It is in a safe, supportive, and loving space that these blocks can be gently explored — where you can discover your boundaries, barriers, or discomfort that you may be suppressing in everyday life.
Touch is one of our fundamental human needs.
It is our very first language — before words, before logic, before learned behaviour.
Sometimes, the connection to touch gets disrupted early in childhood — when tenderness, closeness, or acceptance were missing.
As a therapist, I've witnessed many times how conscious touch can bring up childhood memories and allow deep healing to unfold.
Sometimes it reaches the level of rewriting the "limbic imprint" — the body receives what it didn't receive back then.
The old program of "not enough" dissolves and a new inner feeling emerges:
"I am safe. I am accepted."
In the past, we didn't know much about the power of touch — and even if we did, many families neglected it.
Closeness was taboo. Nudity was hidden. Intimacy was something to be ashamed of.
Many of these generational patterns disconnected us from our bodies and from natural emotional experience.
Today, many people feel that something is missing.
They struggle to feel love for their body, to feel comfortable in intimate contact, or to perceive touch as safe.
This is exactly why my mission is to help people reconnect with themselves.
With the body that deserves to be felt, accepted, and loved.
With touch that heals.
What do you wear during the massage?
A tantric massage usually takes place on the floor — on a mattress.
The space is pleasantly warm so that the body can fully relax and not get cold, as the process lasts about 1.5 to 2 hours.
During the massage, I need to be free in my movement and also feel comfortable and natural.
That's why I choose clothing that feels good on my body — most often underwear in which I feel relaxed and unrestricted.
Nudity is not a taboo for me.
However, in this space it is important to maintain a clear, undistracted experience for the client — and nudity could shift the focus away from their inner process.
My role is to hold a safe and conscious space — not to distract.
In tantra, it's not about what we see on the outside.
Tantric practitioners know that true depth arises from within.
The external image can mislead us, but when we engage more senses — touch, scent, sound, breath —
our experience becomes deeper.
Presence, conscious touch, and trust in the process are what create the true value of the massage.
And in this space, something often opens that we don't normally feel in everyday life.

How does a session unfold?
For new clients, I always recommend starting with an Introductory Online Consultation.
It's a space where we can "sit together" — tune into each other, feel into the topic you are navigating, and discover whether working through touch, energy, and conscious dialogue is the right path for you.
The client also gets the chance to sense not only me as a guide (it's helpful if I feel sympathetic to you, though you don't have to "like" me),
but also the nature of this work itself — whether it feels close, meaningful, and safe for you.
Every in-person session begins with a consultation.
At each personal meeting, we start with a conscious, structured, and intentional conversation.
I ask questions that help me understand where you are, what your body and being need, and what techniques or approaches are most supportive for you in that moment.
Sometimes a client signs up for a specific massage (e.g., The Body Honor & Heart Opening Ritual),
but in reality, a different form of support may be more aligned for them on that particular day.
I've seen the best results when the client can surrender control and open to a process where everything I offer — touch, breathwork, energy work, visualization, voice, silence — can naturally weave together.
The practical part — every touch is unique.
The practical part of the session is highly individual.
No two massages are ever the same.
We begin with a simple visualization to help you relax and reconnect with yourself.
During the massage, the client is usually fully naked,
and non-massaged areas are always covered with a scarf or sarong.
The room is warm — gently heated so the body and nervous system can soften.
The touch is intuitive. I follow the client's body, not a technique.
I use different forms of touch and energy work:
-
gentle contact, long flowing oil strokes
-
energetic massage
-
deep intuitive massage
-
tension-release techniques
-
tantric block-clearing
-
work with elements, voice, breath
-
and occasionally, states of energetic orgasm
This style of touch comes from the heart, not the mind.
It is alive, sensitive, and truly healing.
Every session is a unique creation — like a small piece of art born from presence.
It often surprises even me.
And that is why I love this work. :)

"I'm not sure I can lie still for 2hrs. Is a shorter session possible?"
I've been offering tantric massage professionally for 4 years, and in my private life several years longer.
Over time, I have refined my sessions and programs so they are not just an experience, but a deep healing process — one that can genuinely change a person's life.
The massage is not only the 90–120 minutes (sometimes even 3 hours) we spend together.
It's a full journey that begins with the initial conversation and the creation of a safe space.
Sometimes we may include gentle standing or seated exercises — always based on your needs and the time available.
Every session is unique.
I don't use "pre-made techniques" — I work with what is alive and present in the moment.
Sometimes we dive into elemental work.
Other times, the session remains in quiet touch.
During the massage, the sense of time often disappears.
The body releases.
The mind softens.
Clients often tell me they had no idea how quickly two hours passed — and next time they choose a longer session.
We finish with an integration conversation,
where we name what unfolded during the session.
I do not recommend shorter versions.
A tantric massage is not a "quick service", but a therapeutic process through touch —
and the body needs time to relax, the mind needs time to slow down,
and the energy needs time to move naturally.
Allow yourself not to rush.
Give yourself spaciousness.
Turn off your phone.
Slow down.
You are doing this for you.
And your body will thank you.
Is the client naked during the massage?
Yes, I recommend clients of all genders to be naked during a tantric massage.
It is a holistic (full-body) experience, where touch can flow freely and the body can relax deeply — without restriction.
At the same time, the goal is never to cross your personal boundaries.
The initial conversation always includes a safe space for you to share openly:
what feels comfortable, what doesn't, what your limits are, and what concerns you may have.
The entire process is shaped so that you feel comfortable and in trust.
Nudity is not an obligation — it is simply an option.

Do you use full-body massage, body-to-body techniques, feet ("foot fetish"), BDSM, etc.?
I offer conscious and healing tantric massage, whose main intention is self-discovery and working with subtle, sacred life energy.
There is no pressure, no forcing, no performance.
Instead, we learn to soften, feel, perceive, receive — and be grateful.
The session is not directed by the client's desires; it is guided by the energy that I attune to as a facilitator.
The client surrenders to this energy with trust — without control, manipulation, or expectations.
This energy is not an erotic fantasy.
It is a conscious and pure current that heals not only the body, but also the soul.
Sacred sexuality, as I practice it, is quiet, truthful, and gentle.
It cannot be controlled, accelerated, or forced.
It carries a wisdom that heals me as well — each time we move through it together.
Any form of addiction, fetish-driven requests, or violent expressions of sexuality is a deviation from the essence of sacred sexuality —
and therefore not part of my space.
Sometimes, a playful quality may naturally arise during the massage under the influence of sacred energy,
but this happens only when the space is free from pressure.
It does not come from ego or wanting — it comes from purity and subtlety.
From my experience, the more a client pushes their own fantasy or expectation,
the more firmly I have to hold boundaries to protect the sanctity of the sexual energy.
The more relaxed and surrendered the client is, the deeper we can journey together.
It is a mystery — like the universe and life itself.
Is it possible to touch the practitioner during the massage?
Tantric massage is one-directional.
This means that one person is in the role of the receiver, and the other is in the role of the giver.
Mutual or reciprocal touch is not part of authentic tantric practice — and there is a deep reason for this.
Of course, sometimes a client naturally touches me unintentionally during their process —
this is completely okay.
In tantra, we work with attention.
Attention is directed inward, toward inner experience.
If attention were divided between giving and receiving at the same time,
it would not be possible to go deeply into the body, emotions, and consciousness.
However, if you feel drawn to learn these principles and bring conscious touch into your own life,
I also offer an Individual Training in Conscious Bodywork and Touch.
In this course you will learn:
-
how to breathe consciously and work with attention
-
how to use different types of touch and techniques
-
how to create a safe space for another person
-
how to sense energy, hold space, and guide deep processes
-
and how to cultivate conscious, sacred intimacy
This course is suitable for individuals and couples who want to bring more conscious touch, deeper experience, and authentic connection into their lives.

How do I book a massage or session?
Before attending a massage, it is necessary to fill out a registration form, which you can find here.
In the form, you will provide:
-
your intention — the reason you are reaching out
-
your preferred date for the session
-
your agreement with the conditions that create a safe space for both sides
Conditions that must be agreed upon:
No touching the practitioner.
No alcohol or substances that alter consciousness
No sexual proposals or requests during the massage
The client does not learn techniques during the session, does not influence or direct the process, and fully surrenders to the guidance of the practitioner
After submitting the form, you will receive an email with the subject line:
"Confirmed Reservation of Appointment"
Why is such a process necessary?
Because tantra is a very subtle and deep form of work with the body and consciousness — yet unfortunately, many people still confuse it with sexual services.
I work from my home, and therefore I protect not only myself and my physical and mental well-being,
but also the safe space I create for my clients —
a place where they can truly relax, feel, heal,
and discover the sacredness within their own experience.
